BASE EVALUATION! a' Talamonti Shafts

By: Matt Saternus Throughout the last year, place seen a lot of businesses trying to interact directly with customers via Twitter, Facebook, and kinds of social media marketing that were actually developed for girls (Pinterest ).A While itas a great pattern, itas not quite new to Phil Talamonti.A For so long as Iave known about Talamonti shafts (about 5 years), Iave heard reports of golfers calling Phil directly for guidance on what length to play.A Itas just how Phil does business. Phil has been in the golf business for over 20 years, and heas been creating shafts entirely for over half of that time.A In 2008, he went out on his own and created Talamonti Shafts.A This year, after over 12 months of research and development, he has launched three new wood shafts, the Light 55, the LS-70, and the HL-70.A Should you be giving Phil a call before you strike the class this year?A Read on to get out. :: The LS-70 is an ultra-low spin length specifically made for tougher players.A It weighs in at 73 grams and is available in X and Stiff. :: The HL-70 offers a clean, stable bend report providing you with low spin to equally low and high-horsepower swing. AThe HL-70 weighs in 72-73 grams (according to flex) and exists in Page1=46, S, S/X, and X flex. :: The Light 55 was designed for players who desired to enjoy a light weight length while still finding an accurate, low-spin basketball flight.A It weighs 55 grams and is available in Regular, A (Senior), and Stiff. All the three shafts assessed here sells for $225 through the Talamonti website. Talamonti has had a look to his new distinct shafts.A Underneath half of each base is stable white, with the most truly effective half a brilliant neon color.A The colors identify the models: green, blue, and red for the LS, Light, and HL models, respectively.A The graphics are a 360* wraparound structure that offers a regular look at address, even yet in todayas adjustable owners. The feel throughout the Talamonti line is quite consistent.A Stability is the defining features, even in the Light 55.A That mentioned, the shafts donat feel unpleasant or hard to load, even with my decidedly pedestrian move speed.A The key difference I noticed was that on mishits, the torqueing/twisting experience was very prominent in the Light 55, but not as apparent in the LS-70 and HL-70. For the Performance assessment, I hit each of the shafts in a RAZR Fit Extreme 10.5 at once a FlightScope X2 introduction monitor.A I hit 20 agooda images with each shaft, changing regularly so that weakness wasn't a problem, nor did I get grooved with one shaft to the detriment of fairness.A All shafts were held with PURE Grips. Screening was completed at Golf Nation in Palatine, IL, one of many best interior tennis facilities in the country. *NOTE: Testing has moved inside for the winter, and our FlightScope appears to be providing somewhat different numbers inside compared to outdoors.A To greater or lesser extents, basketball speed, club head speed, and spin are all coming in below they did outdoors, hence the bring number is smaller.A Having said that, itas still an apples-to-apples contrast, so no attempt has been built to anormalizea the numbers: weare posting the numbers right off the FlightScope, as often. Most of what we see in the info is what I expected: the LS-70 was the lowest launching and spinning, the Light 55 had the most spin.A We also see that the Light 55 had the weakest offline and dispersion numbers.A I'd attribute this mainly to the fact that the shaft was substantially brighter than any such thing I normally play, so I wasnat very comfortable with it. Personally, I really could see myself being very pleased enjoying the HL-70 or the LS-70.A The fat is very comfortable if you ask me, only slightly heavier compared to the astandarda 65 g shaft.A The distribution was very acceptable and the spin and start were near my window for optimum. Though it might not be considered a name youare familiar with, I can say without reservation that Talamonti shafts are as great as any big name graphite canal on the market.A The greatest challenge that people need to overcome is the inability to demonstration a Talamonti before they get it.A Talamonti shafts can currently be found at the club fitting galleries right HERE, and Iam sure the record is likely to be growing as word gets out in regards to the quality of this device. :: GO TO THE TALAMONTI SHAFTS WEBSITE:: FOLLOW TALAMONTI SHAFTS ON TWITTER:: LIKEATALAMONTI SHAFTS ON FACEBOOK
