From Yardbarker: Rosenthal originally pleaded simple to the prices in October, but changed his listen in January as part of a plea agreement. Under conditions of the offer, prosecutors are promoting 37 months in prison, fees and five years of probation, when he would be at the mercy of arbitrary searches. Without the plea, Rosenthal faced 10 years alive in prison, a million fine and at the least five years probation. Rosenthal is scheduled for sentencing May 17. How he thought mind get away with saying he wasnat planning to sell a number of his 1,356 pot plants is puzzling. Hard to beat those costs any other way besides a plea offer.
