The Vancouver Canucks are a long way from the group that got to the seventh game of the Stanley Cup Finals in 2011. Obviously, neither group got what it needed, because the Sabres and the Stars are on the outside of the playoffs looking in. The Canucks need more depth and consistency. Ryan Kesler's season has been torn apart by injuries and he has played in only seven games this season. Goals were scored more than three by vancouver in only one of their last 10 games. More creativity should be provided by roy on offense, giving the ability to them to report with much higher volume. Nevertheless, Roy has his limits. He wants to operate with the puck on the exterior and find open teammates. It will be taken by him, when he's reached the faceoff communities if an opportunity is got by him to score.
